The order(s) can be delivered in several different packages depending on the types of products in your basket.
What are the delivery times* (receipt of your package)?
- Deadlines for parcels sent from China, Singapore, Vietnam: 10 and 50 days*.
- Delivery times for parcels sent from Thailand: 8 and 25 days*.
- Deadlines for shipments from France to France (by Colissimo / tracked mail): Less than 10 days*.
*Please take into account that we are not responsible for delays from government services such as La Poste or private services such as UPS, USPS, DHL, CHRONOPOST.

My package was damaged during transport!
In the event that the contents of your package are damaged, we offer you according to your request:
- The replacement without additional cost of the damaged goods.
- Reimbursement of damaged / ordered merchandise.
Return of products / Retractions / Refunds / Taxes:
Returns of products are accepted if they are in their original unsealed/opened packaging, the return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer except in the case where the latter refuses delivery.
Any customs duties or VAT (VAT) are the final responsibility of the customer, the latter is responsible for the regulations in force in his country of delivery and the additional costs incurred.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for packages in transit that have left our premises or the country of origin of the goods.
The customer is considered to be in possession of all of his purchases (from Thailand) as soon as the order of the latter is validated by his payment. The transport of the goods is therefore the responsibility of the buyer once the service providers of PharmAsie.fr have registered and deposited the package with the Thai postal services (only). PharmAsie.fr can not therefore be blamed for the misdirection of your packages between Bangkok and the customer's delivery address.
All packages sent (from Thailand) are sent with insurance of approximately €40, in the event of loss/theft/disappearance of your package/parcel during delivery, we will take the necessary steps with the postal services to obtain compensation (cumulative if several packages) to reimburse you or send another package.
Your order will in some cases be split into several packages for insurance reasons.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for personal protection items such as: Face protection mask, Earplugs... .
Refunds for reasons of 'delivery times' are no longer accepted because the causes of these delays / blocking / seizures (Covid19, Customs **...) are outside the control and power of PharmAsie.fr. The customer is solely responsible for the legality (in the country of delivery) of the goods ordered on PharmAsie.fr.
In the event that the item has been dropped off at a Relay / Postal Point but the Buyer does not collect his package within the scheduled time (15 days) AND THE LATTER does not respond to our reminders (online, by email , telephone) the Transaction/Order will be closed for the benefit of PharmAsie.fr.
When refunding a payment due to customer withdrawal (before shipment), the original transaction processing fee (bank charges) of 2.9% of the transaction amount + €0.99 will not be refunded.
In the event of withdrawal/refusal/non-collection of the parcel by the recipient in his country of delivery (return of the parcel) we will reimburse the customer by deducting the bank fees charged when ordering as well as the postal charges increased by 10%.
We do not refund orders not delivered due to incorrect address or return of parcels for the reason NPAI, if during your order your address is incorrect you can correct it in your customer area and notify us by email as soon as possible before shipment.
Redelivery (in the event of proven fault on the part of the customer) will be re-invoiced at the rate in force on the day of redelivery.
